About the role#
WITHIN is offering an 8-week paid fellowship for creatives interested in performance-driven work. This role is designed to provide high-volume experience, allowing you to write scripts, ship hooks, and see your work go live quickly. You will work directly with the Head of Creative on client accounts and new business pitches. At the end of the 8 weeks, fellows who demonstrate the ability to own work at the company's velocity may transition into full-time Creative Lead roles.
What you'll do#
- Pitch concepts daily and ship work weekly.
- Write scripts and draft storyboards for video, static, and AI-generated formats.
- Collaborate with a team of designers, editors, and motion designers to execute concepts.
- Own meaningful sections of new business pitches.
- Iterate rapidly based on performance data.
What you'll need#
- Recent graduate or 1–3 years of relevant experience in creative fields.
- Proven experience in performance creative.
- Ability to write hooks quickly and articulate their effectiveness.
- Familiarity with AI tools in a creative workflow (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora) and strong opinions on their application.
- A portfolio or public body of work that demonstrates your creative taste.
- Academic background in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Art, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
