About the role#
Whiterabbit.ai is looking for a Research Scientist Intern to improve our AI models. You will architect algorithms and models that power our products. You will train these models on a high-performance compute cluster designed for deep learning. You will also work alongside doctors and healthcare professionals to identify medical problems and build solutions based on their expertise. We encourage you to partner with universities and publish papers to remain an active contributor to the research community.
What you'll do#
- Develop scalable classifiers and detectors to solve real-world problems.
- Learn and apply research in deep learning and machine learning.
- Participate in research for medical applications of computer vision.
What you'll need#
- Experience with deep learning and convolutional networks.
- A strong theoretical and empirical research background.
- Fluency in Python and a deep learning framework.
- Experience working with terabytes of data in large scale machine learning.
- Contributions to research communities, such as publications at conferences like CVPR, NeurIPS, ICCV, ECCV, ICML, or ICLR.
- Ability to implement custom operations or modules in a deep learning framework.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
