About the role#
Wheeler Accountants LLP is hiring interns for the winter season from January 26th through April 15th, 2027. This is a full-time, paid internship based in our San Jose office. You will work alongside our team of professionals and gain experience in how an accounting firm operates.
What you'll do#
- Prepare tax returns.
- Assist with reviews and compilations.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks.
- Support trust accounting projects.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting or taxation.
- You maintain a 3.0 grade point average.
- You have a plan to reach the 150 semester units needed for the CPA exam.
- You have a history of hard work and success in school, work, or other activities.
- You have a strong interest in public accounting.
- You are confident in your abilities, have a drive to learn, and understand that success requires discipline.

- Pay: $32 per hour.
