About the role#
As a Design Intern, you will join our design team to help bring ideas to life through hands-on execution. You will assist in developing and preparing Point of Purchase (POP) displays, including plant assembly instructions, white samples, and mockups. This role involves organizing project materials, managing outbound shipments, and maintaining documentation. You will gain exposure to our integrated design, manufacturing, and assembly processes while developing real-world design experience.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to design requests under the supervision of project leads.
- Create creative and compelling visuals using brand guides and templates.
- Follow material guidance regarding substrate and caliper fit.
- Conduct ship testing by following established protocols.
- Support the execution of graphic visuals, mockups, and instructions.
- Organize project materials and manage outbound shipments.
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited engineering college or university program.
- Pursuit of a degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Packaging, or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize errors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize your workload effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a logical, systematic approach to tasks.
- Agility, flexibility, and a willingness to modify your approach to achieve results.
- Interest and drive to learn new concepts and processes.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid Summer 2027 internship.
- This role is on-site at one of our locations: Bethel, CT; Winston-Salem, NC; Marlton, NJ; West Chester, OH; or Aston, PA.
- Candidates must undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer.
