About the role#
We are hiring Digital Transformation Interns to join our team for a four- or eight-month term beginning in January 2027. You will work within a delivery pod alongside Digital Transformation Partners and AI delivery leads. Your role involves owning real projects, from mapping current business processes to building, testing, and deploying AI-enabled solutions that improve how work gets done across our enterprise.
What you'll do#
- Meet with staff to understand current workflows and identify where processes break down.
- Assess problems, shape options, and develop business cases for new initiatives.
- Build AI-enabled solutions, assistants, agents, and automations using Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry.
- Leverage PowerBI dashboards or Power Automate workflows to improve data access and reduce manual tasks.
- Test and refine solutions with real users to ensure they provide actual value.
- Deploy tools and drive adoption through documentation and training.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program, with plans to return to your studies after the placement.
- Standing as a third or fourth year student.
- A functional background in business, commerce, finance, human resources, operations management, industrial engineering, information systems, or analytics.
- Fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- A strong instinct for process improvement and comfort building automations, workflows, agents, scripts, or applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to commit to a full-time placement of four or eight months starting in January 2027.
