About the role#
Weekday is seeking an Operations Associate Intern to join our internal team. This position focuses on candidate outreach, where you will engage with potential talent to discuss open job opportunities. This is a full-time, remote role with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Make 100-120 daily outbound calls to prospective candidates to share details about open job positions.
- Communicate role requirements clearly and answer candidate questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate responses for follow-up and reporting.
- Develop and refine communication skills through practical experience and ongoing training.
- Learn how to professionally present opportunities and engage candidates in meaningful conversations.
What you'll need#
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly phone demeanor.
- Ability to consistently make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Self-driven, patient, and motivated to learn and develop new professional skills.
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling varied responses from candidates.
- Willingness to develop communication skills through practical experience.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or Psychology.
