About the role#
The Washington Nationals are hiring Minor League Video and Technology Interns for the 2027 season. You will work with our minor league affiliates to capture and process video and data for games and training sessions. This role supports coaches and players by organizing scouting materials and managing video infrastructure. This is a paid, part-time position that requires on-site work.
What you'll do#
- Capture and log video for home and road games during the regular season and playoffs.
- Edit and prepare video files for server upload.
- Record non-game activities including bullpens, batting practice, and early work.
- Operate baseball technology such as BATS, TrackMan, Edgertronic, and HitTrax.
- Assist coaches and players with their daily video and data requests.
- Help prepare advance scouting documents and video reports.
- Complete ad hoc video projects as needed.

- Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python is a plus.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.

- This role is based on-site in the United States.
- The term is for Summer 2027.
- The pay rate is $18.40 per hour.
