About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern Grad, you will support the daily operations of our pharmacy while gaining hands-on experience in clinical and retail services. You will work directly with customers to provide medication consulting and preventive healthcare services. This role involves assisting the pharmacy manager with workflow, inventory, and staff development to ensure the pharmacy meets all company and regulatory standards.
What you'll do#
- Provide pharmacy consulting services regarding medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Perform core pharmacist tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
- Engage with customers to offer assistance, resolve issues, and provide preventive services like immunizations, flu shots, and diabetes awareness.
- Support the pharmacy manager in optimizing financial performance, inventory management, and staff training.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates in compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the community.
What you'll need#
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited institution, to be obtained prior to your start date.
- Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure from the state Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
- Certification as an immunizer, or a willingness to become certified within 90 days of hire.

- Compensation: $33.50 to $45.30 per hour.
