About the role#
This is a full-time Pharmacy Intern Grad position based in Saugus, Massachusetts. You will work on-site to support pharmacy operations, patient care, and clinical services. This role involves a mix of direct patient interaction, administrative tasks, and pharmacy management support.
What you'll do#
- Provide pharmacy consulting services to customers regarding medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Manage the compounding, dispensation, review, and verification of prescribed medications according to regulations.
- Perform clinical and wellness services, including administering immunizations and flu shots.
- Assist the Pharmacy Manager with inventory management, pharmacy financials, and staff training.
- Process insurance claims and resolve payment issues.
- Maintain pharmacy systems including Intercom Plus, registers, and automation tools.
- Handle pharmacy opening, closing, and shift change duties.
- Build relationships with the local medical community and healthcare providers.
- Greet customers and model service best practices for the team.
What you'll need#
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited institution prior to your start date.
- Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure from the Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
- Current certification as an immunizer or the willingness to become certified within 90 days of hire.

- Compensation: $33.50 to $45.30 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
