About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern Grad, you will support the daily operations of our pharmacy and provide clinical services to our patients. This role is a full-time, on-site position based in West Palm Beach, Florida. You will work closely with the pharmacy manager to ensure efficient workflow, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of patient care.
What you'll do#
- Provide pharmacy consulting services regarding medication usage, drug interactions, and preventive healthcare.
- Perform clinical tasks such as compounding, verifying, and dispensing prescribed medications.
- Deliver wellness services including immunizations and flu shots.
- Counsel patients on side effects, contraindications, and general medication management.
- Help the pharmacy manager with staff training, hiring, and performance coaching.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain a positive, helpful environment in the pharmacy.
- Manage administrative tasks like insurance claim processing and pharmacy opening or closing procedures.
- Use pharmacy systems like Intercom Plus to support daily operations and customer requests.
What you'll need#
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited institution, or a willingness to obtain one before the start date.
- Ability to secure pharmacist licensure from the state Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
- Certification as an immunizer, or a willingness to become certified within 90 days of hire.

- Compensation: $33.50 to $45.30 per hour, depending on experience and location.
