About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern Grad, you will support the daily operations of the pharmacy while providing essential healthcare services to customers. You will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure efficient workflow, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of patient care. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Stoughton, Massachusetts.
What you'll do#
- Provide pharmacy consulting services, including medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Oversee the compounding, dispensation, review, and verification of prescribed medications.
- Perform clinical services such as immunizations, flu shots, and diabetes awareness programs.
- Manage pharmacy operations, including processing insurance claims, resolving payment issues, and maintaining pharmacy systems like Intercom Plus and StoreNET.
- Communicate with medical providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve patient health needs.
- Assist the Pharmacy Manager with staff training, performance coaching, and operational procedures.
- Engage with the local community through outreach activities to promote pharmacy services.
What you'll need#
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited institution prior to your start date.
- Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure from the Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
- Certification as an immunizer, or the willingness to become certified within 90 days of hire.

- Compensation: $33.50 to $45.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
