About the role#
The Detroit Experience Studio is an immersive program designed to teach students the realities of working in a creative agency. You will learn directly from professionals who manage projects for well-known global brands. This is a 10-week cohort where you will build your skills through group and individual projects while networking with industry professionals.
What you'll do#
- Attend classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Participate in both individual assignments and group projects.
- Present your work in class and during a client pitch.
- Engage with industry experts to learn about agency operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in a Detroit high school.
- Interest in fields such as art, design, writing, project management, or strategy.
- Ability to learn independently and contribute effectively to a group.
- Commitment to the full 10-week cohort schedule.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site at the WPP Detroit Campus in Downtown Detroit.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Compensation: This is a paid program.
- Support: Transportation to and from the campus and a meal are provided for every class session.
