About the role#

The 2026 Kaufman Hall Analyst Program offers an opportunity to work with large health systems and academic medical centers across the United States. Analysts contribute to complex financial analyses, model and tool development, and workflow processes while gaining exposure to executive dashboarding and client relationship management.

What you'll do#

• Perform complex financial analysis and develop tools to support healthcare providers.

What you'll need#

• An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Healthcare Management/Administration is preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, economic, and technical skills.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely.
• A proven track record of academic and extracurricular achievement.
• Ability and interest to travel.
