About the role#
Vivrelle is hiring interns for the winter 2027 term. You will work on-site at our Park Avenue showroom in New York City. This role offers exposure to logistics, social media, and customer service operations. You will support our team across showroom, marketing, and operations functions.
What you'll do#
- Assist in maintaining the packaging room and showroom to ensure a professional appearance.
- Support packaging needs by preparing orders and learning quality control measures.
- Monitor and organize inventory levels in designated locations.
- Manage administrative tasks for the marketing team.
- Create content for social media pages.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate student.
- You can commit to a set schedule of 20 to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- You are organized and detail-oriented.
- You maintain a customer-focused mindset.
- You bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work.
- You are comfortable working in-person in New York City.

- Compensation: Paid at 18 USD per hour.
