About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience for those interested in a career as a financial professional. You will work directly with our team to learn how to assess client needs and create strategies for financial security. This is a paid, full-time summer 2027 opportunity based in Radnor, Pennsylvania with a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Shadow seasoned financial advisors and participate in a structured training program.
- Obtain your Life and Health Insurance licenses.
- Use business technology tools such as A360, EMoney, EZ-App, and Coverpath.
- Join client meetings, case design sessions, and annual reviews.
- Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
- Work with fellow interns to research and present a business-building project.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a BA, BS, or graduate degree.
- You have a history of personal success and are goal-oriented.
- You possess strong organizational and presentation skills.
- You are a self-motivated learner who is open to feedback.
- You build relationships easily and maintain a professional demeanor.
- You value accountability, integrity, and ambition.
- You are a US Citizen or permanent resident.
- You are able to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance licenses.
