About the role#
We are looking for students to join our engineering organization for a summer internship. You will work alongside our full-time team to build software for our robotics platform. We pair you with a specific team and an assigned mentor to guide your work. This is a software-focused role, though you will have the chance to interact with robotics hardware to test your code.
What you'll do#
- Solve unique problems across the stack in robotics and cloud computing.
- Integrate into our engineering team and collaborate on production code.
- Use modern technologies to address our current technical challenges.
- Learn engineering best practices within a real-world production environment.
- Test software by working directly with robotics hardware.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- At least one academic term remaining after your internship concludes.
- A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals like algorithms, data structures, or architecture.
- Experience with various programming languages.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- You must be available to work on-site at our New York City office for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
