About the role#
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will join our engineering team to work on projects that impact our products and customers. You will receive mentorship from experienced engineers and take on real responsibilities throughout the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Own an end-to-end project, from initial scoping with your manager to shipping the final result.
- Write and review production code with the engineers who maintain our systems.
- Debug real systems by tracing issues through the stack to find the root cause.
- Communicate your progress clearly and surface blockers early.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Strong capability with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with Go or Rust.
- Ability to dig into problems and move work forward independently.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Fluency with AI tooling, including the ability to explain, defend, and debug the code you ship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based in San Francisco, California.
- The role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
