About the role#
We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst Intern to join our FP&A team. This role provides hands-on experience with financial planning, forecasting, and project-based analysis. You will work cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making and gain exposure to corporate finance operations.
What you'll do#
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data for planning and forecasting.
- Support budgeting and financial modeling processes.
- Perform project-based analysis, including ROI, cost analysis, and performance tracking.
- Identify trends and analyze variances in financial reports.
- Prepare summaries and presentations for leadership.
- Support scenario modeling and strategic planning.
- Maintain financial models and reporting tools.
- Identify ways to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams on business initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (or currently in progress).
- Up to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- A basic understanding of financial statements and concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, or data analysis is helpful.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Interest in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Comfort using AI tools for analysis and efficiency.

- This position is based on-site in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
- This is a paid, part-time, temporary internship with a rolling term.
