About the role#
The Project Management Intern supports seasoned project managers in the delivery of complex water treatment infrastructure. You will work within a team of engineers and professionals to manage projects from the initial contract signature through to final startup. This position requires an analytical approach and the ability to maintain project performance regarding technical requirements and financial goals.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate project activities across all phases including design, vendor selection, and fabrication.
- Assist with logistics such as shipment, installation, and final startup of equipment.
- Advocate for quality and safety standards throughout every project stage.
- Ensure the project team meets commitments while staying within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Clear and concise communication abilities.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to use good judgment in changing conditions.
- Experience in industrial process system design or construction in water treatment, oil and gas, chemical, or power sectors is preferred.
- French language proficiency is a plus.

- Location: Glen Allen, Virginia.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- This position operates on a rolling basis.
