About the role#
We are looking for a creative intern to join our marketing team. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and video content creation. This role is for a student in their final year of college who wants to build a portfolio of published work while contributing to campaigns for our consumer-facing brands.
What you'll do#
- Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Appear on camera for educational videos, trending formats, and creative skits.
- Edit videos in CapCut by adding captions, transitions, music, and graphics.
- Brainstorm content ideas, write scripts, and draft engaging captions.
- Schedule and publish content while managing community engagement.
- Research trends and competitors to find new content opportunities.
- Repurpose existing content for different platforms.
- Support digital campaigns and track basic engagement and reach metrics.
What you'll need#
- You are in the final year of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience using CapCut for video editing.
- Comfort and willingness to appear on camera regularly.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and take direction.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
- Experience with Canva, video recording, lighting, and audio is a plus.
- An interest in financial education and social media analytics is helpful.

- This is an on-site position based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
- This is a paid, part-time internship with a rolling term.
