About the role#
This 12-week internship offers hands-on experience in the development and construction of systems for artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. Interns work alongside industry experts to address real-world engineering challenges in the defense and space manufacturing sector.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the development and build of systems for space operations.
- Collaborate across diverse teams to solve complex engineering problems.
- Apply technical skills to hands-on projects involving the design and construction of space hardware and software.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in manufacturing, mechanical, aerospace, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or CATIA, for 3D modeling and simulation.
- Strong engineering problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and equipment.
- Ability to work full-time on-site.

- Compensation: $35/hr for undergraduate interns; $40/hr for Master's interns.
