About the role#
Valor Protection Safety Agency is looking for an Event Coordinator Intern to help plan and execute company and community events. This role offers hands-on experience with the full event lifecycle, from initial planning to final breakdown. You will support HR, Recruiting, Operations, and Leadership teams on various initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating company events, including recruiting drives, employee appreciation programs, and community outreach.
- Manage event logistics, such as timelines, checklists, schedules, and supply coordination.
- Handle event materials including signage, name tags, and supplies.
- Track invitations, RSVPs, and attendance while managing communications with vendors, venues, and partners.
- Provide on-site support, including event setup, breakdown, and coordination.
- Capture photos and information for company communications.
- Maintain event records and evaluate outcomes to suggest improvements.
