About the role#
This paid, full-time summer internship offers an inside look at the insurance industry. You will work on projects with support from supervisors who help you learn. The program includes a Leader Chat Series to introduce you to different career paths and departments. Past interns have received offers for full-time roles after the program, and we provide support with your resume and professional profile.
What you'll do#
- Lead projects and present your findings to senior leadership.
- Assist teams in Underwriting, Claims, Product/Analytics, IT, and Marketing.
- Collaborate on projects with guidance from your assigned supervisor.
- Participate in the Leader Chat Series to learn about company operations.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student status.
- Expected graduation date of May 2028.
- A clear interest in the insurance industry.
- Preference for students majoring in Business Administration.
