About the role#
This student assistant position supports the IMT-Customer Support department. You will work on-site to help maintain the computing environment for staff.
What you'll do#
- Resolve PC support and help desk calls.
- Troubleshoot computer problems.
- Install new hardware, including computers and printers.
- Assist employees with general computer-related issues.
- Support projects such as department moves and hardware or software upgrades.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Location & details#
- Location: Syracuse, New York.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
- Hours: Maximum of 29 hours per week.
- Employment type: Per diem.
