About the role#
The University of Oklahoma Football program is looking for student assistants to help with office operations and recruiting tasks. You will work under the direction of the football recruiting office to support daily functions and event preparation.
What you'll do#
- Assist with weekly pre-event duties and prepare materials like name tags, forms, and receipts for visits.
- Manage recruit information by organizing files and consolidating databases.
- Handle weekly mail and perform general office tasks.
- Conduct research on programs and support social media reporting.
- Assist with film cutting, evaluation, and content creation for the creative media staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma for the Fall 2026 term.
- Basic knowledge of football and office skills such as copying and laminating.
- A positive, compliant attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems and follow directions on time.
- Strong communication skills to interact with peers, staff, and athletics supporters.
- Interest in a career in intercollegiate or professional sports is preferred, as is prior experience in customer service.

- Location: Norman, Oklahoma.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts.
- Compensation: $7.25 per hour.
- Travel: May be required.
