    About the role#

    The Student and Faculty Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to faculty within the College of Osteopathic Medicine. This role serves as a primary point of contact for faculty needs and acts as a front-facing representative for the college, supporting students, guests, and administrative staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage faculty administrative needs, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
    • Assist with curriculum implementation, including inputting course schedules into Banner and maintaining online content in the Learning Management System.
    • Serve as a liaison between students, instructors, and administrators, providing initial assistance with registration and class questions.
    • Support accreditation and compliance by maintaining accurate records of student interactions, faculty CVs, licensures, and committee documentation.
    • Assist affiliate faculty with the preparation of syllabi, course materials, and examinations.
    • Help plan and execute departmental meetings, events, symposia, and guest lectures.
    • Assist with financial tasks, including P-card purchases, travel reimbursements, and budget tracking.
    • Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate student employees.
    • Ensure all activities comply with FERPA, HIPAA, and institutional regulatory guidelines.

    What you'll need#

    • Associate’s degree in business administration, education, health sciences, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    • At least 2 years of administrative support experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
    • Experience in higher education or a medical/clinical environment is preferred.

    • Location: Greeley, Colorado.
    • This is an on-site, full-time position.
    • The role operates on a rolling basis.
