About the role#
As an Information Technology Intern, you will gain hands-on experience at United Launch Alliance. You will support experienced business professionals with their daily assignments and shadow actual operations. This role allows you to contribute to larger projects while learning about the business side of the aerospace industry. You will also participate in events to build your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Deploy technology solutions that solve business problems.
- Perform activities across the Systems Development Lifecycle, including requirements analysis, application design, and development.
- Support system test planning, execution, and deployment documentation.
- Apply your technical and analytical skills to real-world tasks.
What you'll need#
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
- Minimum completed Freshman year of college and a GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Plans to be enrolled in classes during the Fall 2027 semester.
- Ability to work full-time for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- You must be a U.S. Person as defined in ITAR.
- Interest in areas such as AI-assisted coding, data analytics, SAP, system administration, cloud infrastructure, network security, or database management.
