About the role#
Ultimus Fund Solutions is looking for interns to join our Private Fund Services team for the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, on-site position based in Clifton Park, New York. You will work directly with our fund accounting team to support Private Equity and Venture Capital clients.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily accounting support for Private Equity and Venture Capital fund clients.
- Record accounting activities across multiple funds.
- Prepare and review cash reporting and bank reconciliations.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Interact regularly with team members and clients.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- You maintain a minimum 2.8 GPA.
- You can commit to at least 15 hours per week.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You possess strong time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- You can handle multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- You communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
- Prior accounting internship experience is a plus.
