About the role#
TSC is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 term to support the Commercial Product Cell division in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This role provides students with hands-on experience in the analysis and design of electromechanical systems, including RF/microwave sensors, radars, missile seekers, and communication systems. Interns will work alongside full-time engineering staff to apply classroom theory to practical hardware projects.
What you'll do#
- Support manufacturing production, including testing and debug tasks.
- Conduct data analysis and identify post-flight or mission data processing requirements.
- Provide field test support and assist with data collection.
- Perform acceptance testing of RF/microwave components.
- Assist in the development of electronic component test procedures.
- Utilize computer-aided design and analysis tools such as MATLAB, SolidWorks, Python, and KiCAD.
- Perform circuit and solid modeling, system integration, and statistical component failure analysis.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance.
- Strong interest in areas such as digital hardware design, signal processing, and embedded software development.
