About the role#
The Data Research internship at Trimont offers students the chance to gain experience by working with our staff to conduct research and create analytics. You will help us provide insights on economic, real estate, and financial trends. You will work closely with our team to develop and organize presentations, written materials, webinars, and research projects.
What you'll do#
- Help develop content for internal and external audiences, such as website materials and presentations.
- Identify, organize, and evaluate raw data to build quantitative and qualitative analytics.
- Maintain and monitor internal databases to support management.
- Write and review local economic and real estate market analyses to assess market health and risk.
- Contribute to company communications through podcasts, webinars, and written reports.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program as a Junior or Senior.
- Majors in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Data Research, or a related field.
- Strong skills in data visualization and verbal or written communication.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- A strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and a sense of urgency.
- A desire to learn about economics, real estate, and finance.
