About the role#
Trilon is hiring a Planning Intern to join our community planning team in Albany, New York. This role is for a student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience with municipal planning projects across the state. You will work on-site and gain exposure to the full planning process.
What you'll do#
You will work with our planning team on a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with comprehensive plans
- Participating in downtown revitalization initiatives
- Supporting zoning and land use projects
- Conducting environmental reviews
- Helping with public engagement efforts
- Performing research and analysis
- Supporting plan development and project implementation
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student or recent graduation with a degree in Urban Planning
- Motivation to learn and contribute to project goals

- Employment: Full-time internship
- Compensation: 24 to 27 USD per hour
