Agile Software Engineer - Co-op

About the role#

As an Agile Software Engineer Co-op, you will work on real client projects across a variety of industries from your first day. You will join a high-performance team to gain hands-on experience in an AI-native environment, working alongside experienced engineers, product leaders, and founders to build software that impacts real users and businesses.

What you'll do#

• Design and build agentic workflows that execute multi-step tasks and interact with APIs.
• Integrate LLM-powered features, including intelligent assistants and automated workflows.
• Contribute to the design of scalable, maintainable systems that combine traditional engineering with AI-driven logic.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineers through pair programming.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Experience building full-stack applications using modern technologies.
• Ability to use AI tools to generate, refine, and debug code.
• A proactive approach to learning and solving technical challenges.
