About the role#
As a Business Operations Intern at Trellis AI, you will work directly with the founders to support our operations and growth. This role involves wearing multiple hats across sales, marketing, and recruiting. You will take ownership of specific initiatives and help manage project planning as we build infrastructure for unstructured data.
What you'll do#
- Manage and execute initiatives across sales and operations.
- Partner with the founders to build content strategy and project plans.
- Write marketing content and customer reports.
- Assist with recruiting tasks, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales funnel using internal data tools.
- Track project progress to ensure goals are met.
What you'll need#
- A proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and high standards for your work product.
- Familiarity with computer science concepts and AI developments.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Science, or Operations Management.
