Business Operations Intern

About the role#

This Business Operations internship offers the opportunity to work directly with the founding team at Trellis AI. You will take ownership of key initiatives across sales and operations while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of a data infrastructure company.

What you'll do#

• Execute cross-functional initiatives spanning sales and operations.
• Collaborate with founders on content strategy and project planning.
• Produce high-quality marketing content and customer-facing reports.
• Manage project tracking and execution workflows.
• Assist with recruiting and candidate sourcing, including conducting interviews.
• Qualify and reach out to potential partners and collaborators.
• Maintain and optimize the sales funnel by managing lead tracking, follow-ups, and prioritization using internal data tools.

What you'll need#

• Proactive mindset with a focus on task ownership and process improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time in an ambiguous environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Familiarity with computer science concepts and recent advancements in AI.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Science, or Operations Management.
• Previous experience in sales is considered an asset.
