About the role#
Tornatech is looking for a software engineering intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in Laval. You will work within the R&D department to build a testing platform for embedded products.
What you'll do#
- Design an automated testing platform that supports BDD for embedded systems.
- Research, evaluate, and select the right technologies for the project.
- Create the architecture for the testing platform.
- Implement the architecture using C#.
- Learn and apply industry standards for automated testing and software development.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university program for Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Completion of at least 75 course credits.
- Current standing as a 2nd or 3rd-year intern.
- Advanced skills in C# and Git command-line usage.
- Practical experience with embedded programming and object-oriented programming.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own projects with maturity.

- Location: Laval, Quebec.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office).
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 to 8 months).
- Compensation: 29.75$ per hour.
