About the role#
As a Technical Project Coordinator Intern, you will act as a bridge between established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and our engineering teams. This role is focused on process improvement, technical asset management, and ensuring teams have the support they need to maintain documentation and reporting standards.
What you'll do#
- Partner with development teams to guide them toward SDLC standards and support alignment on technical tasks.
- Collect and centralize critical technical information, such as repository details and developer rosters.
- Maintain, update, and build out dashboards and progress reports to provide visibility into team metrics.
- Manage and organize technical documentation to ensure it remains accurate and accessible.
- Serve as a go-to resource for teams regarding internal processes and technical administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with reporting tools and building or maintaining dashboards.
- Ability to write clear, concise documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Comfort speaking with developers and understanding technical terminology.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Communications.

- Modality: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office).
