Student Intern, DevOps (Fall Term)

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will join the DevOps team to support daily operations while gaining hands-on experience with the technologies powering global financial markets. You will be assigned a special project focused on Python and Cloud Infrastructure, and you will collaborate with development teams to understand and improve existing build and release processes.

What you'll do#

• Assist the DevOps team with day-to-day tasks and operations.
• Complete a dedicated special project involving Python and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to learn about services and underlying technologies.
• Participate in the build and release processes for current solution portfolios.
• Learn and utilize existing tools and offerings within the organization.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a program such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or Data Science.
• Passion for technology and a strong desire to automate workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with workflow automation.
• Knowledge of UNIX, Linux, or Windows operating systems.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for solving complex problems and creating maintainable, well-tested solutions.
• Authorization to work in Canada (sponsorship is not provided).

Location & details#

• Location: Montreal, Quebec.
• Work Modality: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office).
• Term: Fall 2026 (September 7, 2026 – December 18, 2026).
