What you'll do#

- Superintendent: Help with trailer set-up, monitor subcontractor work, and assist with general site labor.
- Estimating: Learn the estimation system, support bid administration, and follow up with subcontractors.
- Marketing: Assist with social media, company events, marketing materials, and department initiatives.
- Human Resources: Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts.
- Accounting: Help with invoices, financial documentation, and reporting.
What you'll need#
- You are a current junior or senior undergraduate student.
- You are pursuing a degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or a major relevant to your chosen role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A strong sense of urgency and high attention to detail.
