About the role#
As a Client Services Summer Associate, you will join a communication-intensive team focused on connecting our clients with industry experts. You will identify and engage with specialists to provide the insights our clients need for high-stakes projects. This 10-week program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 6, 2027. It is a full-time, paid position based in our Dallas office.
What you'll do#
- Analyze client briefs to understand specific project requirements.
- Identify and engage with industry experts using internal databases and external directories.
- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to potential experts.
- Build and manage relationships with experts, explaining project contexts.
- Coordinate expert participation through interviews, meetings, and surveys.
- Manage logistics and scheduling for expert-related tasks.
- Participate in career-building workshops on topics like corporate communication and professional presence.
- Lead and present a capstone project to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate Junior status with an expected graduation date between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027.
- Ability to be on-site in Dallas for the full 10-week duration.
- Strong academic performance and evidence of leadership in extracurricular activities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Work authorization in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
- Previous internship experience showing an interest in business is a plus.

- Compensation: $11,538 for the 10-week program.
