About the role#
The Upper Deck Company is hiring interns for our Talent Relations Department. This is a part-time, paid position open to current college students, graduate students, and recent graduates. The length of the internship and your weekly hours are flexible based on your school requirements and performance.
What you'll do#
You will work on projects involving sports and entertainment events, team partnerships, and social media. Your core responsibilities include:
- Performing specific job functions within your assigned department.
- Assisting across various departments throughout the company.
- Offering suggestions to improve and streamline our processes and events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or graduation from a college program, specifically in Communications or Business Administration.
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to think quickly.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- A desire to learn and grow within the company.
