About the role#
The Marketing Performance Analytics Intern joins our team for the Summer 2027 program. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bloomington, Minnesota. You will work from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. We require all interns to be available for the full duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Analyze market and sales data to find growth opportunities.
- Research competitive pricing, marketing, and strategy.
- Help with product photo and video shoots by coordinating logistics and working with the media production team.
- Support ongoing marketing initiatives and product offering efforts.
- Execute elements of our media plans.
- Assist with customer events held at our headquarters or local venues and stadiums.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your junior year of college with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Current pursuit of a degree in marketing, marketing analytics, or business analytics.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A team-oriented mindset and a curious, enthusiastic approach to your work.
- Experience with graphic design or large language model AI platforms is helpful but not required.

- This is a full-time, paid position.
