The Account Leadership Intern will support the San Diego team with the day-to-day stewardship of client accounts. This paid, part-time position provides hands-on experience in project coordination, budget tracking, and cross-team collaboration while supporting ongoing client relationships.
What you'll do#
- Support account leads in managing daily account tasks, including tracking deliverables and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain status reports, meeting agendas, and recap notes for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Assist with project management by maintaining timelines, task trackers, and workback schedules.
- Support budget tracking and reconciliation, including monitoring hours, estimates, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and strategy teams to ensure project progress and deliverable quality.
- Conduct research and analysis on clients and competitors to inform account strategy.
- Help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations and reports.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience in account management or marketing is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

- Location: San Diego, California.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office attendance required on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
- Employment Type: Part-time, rolling term.
