About the role#
This internship provides exposure to all phases of the real estate development process. You will work under the Executive Vice President of Project Execution, gaining hands-on experience in project planning, construction management, and project delivery. This role offers a look at real-world challenges in the field.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers with daily tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
- Visit job sites to help with field reporting and progress tracking.
- Support due diligence for potential projects, such as zoning research and site analysis.
- Maintain and update project records, including permits, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Attend internal meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Architecture, Construction Management, or Real Estate Development.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in construction processes and real estate development.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or project management software is a plus.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
