Eagle Lake Emerging Leaders Program Intern

About the role#

The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to cultivate mature, life-long spiritual laborers and business leaders. This position offers an up to three-year commitment across areas including business, marketing, sales, maintenance, or customer experience. The program integrates real-world business experience with ministry to equip participants for future professional and spiritual impact.

What you'll do#

• Establish mature, life-long spiritual laborers.
• Develop life and leadership skills through professional experiences and community development.
• Combine business operations with ministry preparation.
• Support spiritual growth and engage in community building.
• Participate in a summer support or leadership role at one of the seven camp programs.
• Receive business coaching, training in systems and best practices, and ongoing spiritual development.

What you'll need#

• A personal relationship and active walk with Jesus.
• A completed Bachelor's degree (Associate degrees will be considered).
• A desire to learn and grow spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and professionally.
• A willingness to serve wherever is needed.
• A willingness to raise $40,000 to cover salary, ministry expenses, and administration costs (coaching and support provided).
• Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Philosophy.

• Compensation: $31,200.00 per year.
