The LEGO Group is seeking a student worker to join the Social Responsibility team for a 12-month duration. This role supports the mobilization of employee engagement and volunteer opportunities, helping to bring the power of play to children and families. You will advance local community engagement activities in Boston and other U.S. locations while supporting partner organizations to ensure successful program delivery.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events, including support for Play Day 2026.
- Draft content for internal and external communications, focusing on employee volunteering and CSR storytelling.
- Collect, manage, and analyze data related to CSR programs to ensure accurate and timely reporting on impact.
- Coordinate with nonprofit partners, community groups, and other collaborators to address inquiries and support program delivery.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing the partner product donation process and preparing presentations, meeting agendas, and summary reports.
What you'll need#
- Strong team collaboration skills and a positive demeanor with a dedication to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Proven experience in planning, managing, and executing events.
- Familiarity with the Boston area nonprofit landscape is advantageous.
- Enrollment in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or Political Science.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.
- The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring an average of 3 days per week in the office.
