About the role#
The Learning Experience in Glen Allen is hiring Summer Interns for our Summer Camp Program. This is a full-time, paid, seasonal position for Summer 2027. We are looking for individuals who want to help children learn, play, and grow in a supportive environment.
What you'll do#
- Partner with teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum.
- Use engaging characters to help children learn and play.
- Maintain quality compliance, health, and safety standards in the classroom.
- Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming space for children.
- Communicate with parents about their child's daily adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in the education and care of children.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Completion of ECE coursework is preferred.
- Ability to meet all applicable state licensing requirements.
- We welcome students majoring in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, Nursing, or Public Health.
