About the role#
As a Governance & Reporting Intern, you will support Enterprise Services by managing high-priority projects and conducting data analysis. You will gain exposure to how financial markets operate while working on risk reporting, data quality, and process improvements. This is a 10-week summer program that includes training, mentorship, and feedback milestones to help you build a professional foundation.
What you'll do#
- Maintain risk and control inventories to ensure documentation remains accurate and current.
- Research risk incidents, policy exceptions, and control deficiencies to support policy adherence.
- Prepare risk and governance reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Coordinate governance processes, including policy attestation, training tracking, and risk assessments.
- Perform quality checks on data to identify inconsistencies or gaps.
- Assist with process improvements for governance tracking and risk reporting.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- A strong interest in financial services, risk, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience through coursework, projects, or prior internships related to risk management, business analytics, or project management.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.

- Location: Tampa, Florida.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
