About the role#
The Business Analyst Intern will join the Project Management Office (PMO) and Information Systems department to assist in requirement implementation and project coordination. You will work under the guidance of the Business Analyst Supervisor to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders. This role focuses on maintaining the integrity of system designs, organizing project artifacts, and supporting testing processes to ensure smooth workflow enhancements.
What you'll do#
- Complete all training and assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner.
- Apply departmental standards and procedures to all project assignments.
- Attend, organize, and document meetings as required.
- Participate in a company-sponsored insurance training program.
- Report status updates on assigned projects.
- Manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in at least an Associate’s degree program in a computer, technical, or business administration field from an accredited school.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Willingness and ability to learn and extend your professional skills.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with personnel across departments.

- This position requires the use of office equipment for over six hours per day and the ability to lift or move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
