About the role#
The Texas Democratic Party offers a 10-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience by working directly with our internal teams. This is a paid, part-time position requiring 24 hours of work per week. You will work alongside experts in field, communications, operations, and development to support our mission.
What you'll do#
- Organize and maintain internal databases.
- Compile and refine monthly reports, including financial and after-action summaries.
- Conduct document and process analysis.
- Lead outreach and engagement efforts.
- Provide operational support for IT, HR, and finance departments.
- Manage projects, including survey design, analytics, and research.
- Assist with change management, planning, and implementing new initiatives.

Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in either Dallas or Austin, Texas.
- Interns are expected to work three eight-hour days per week.
