About the role#
As a Product Analyst Intern, you will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on real client projects alongside experienced Product Leads. This role involves defining product goals, managing requirements, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to bring concepts to life. You will be part of a hybrid work environment.
What you'll do#
- Contribute ideas and fresh perspectives to client projects.
- Participate in the delivery of large and complex software projects.
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to turn abstract client needs into precise product requirements.
- Manage requirement backlogs and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tickets.
- Build a shared understanding of product requirements across the internal team.
- Work with product designers to create experiences that meet business goals and user needs.
What you'll need#
- You plan to graduate in Fall/Winter 2027 or later.
- Currently majoring in a technical field or possess a strong interest in technology.
- Understanding of the software development life-cycle and experience on development projects.
- Ability to champion projects from start to implementation.
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own work.
- Critical thinking and a solutions-oriented approach to complex problems.
- Authorization to work permanently for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available).
- Preferred: Experience in client-services, familiarity with Agile methods, and experience communicating with people of various technical backgrounds.

- Location: Columbus, Ohio.
- Modality: Hybrid (in-office presence required Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: $27 per hour.
