Supplier Quality Intern

About the role#

The Supplier Quality Intern will support the Supplier Quality team in developing new Supplier Quality Agreement (QAA) templates and establishing a sustainable process for their management. This role involves identifying key stakeholders and ensuring the successful implementation of these templates across the organization.

What you'll do#

• Work with stakeholders to consolidate and establish a reduced number of QAA templates tailored to specific supplier types.
• Collaborate with supplier quality, supply chain, legal, and other relevant departments to gain buy-in and bring templates under control.
• Create work instructions for each QAA template type.
• Develop a schedule for periodic QAA reviews and establish a process for updating agreements with suppliers and stakeholders.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software.
• Experience with Microsoft Word styles functionality for document development.
• Ability to update and manage data in SmartSheet.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
