About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship with the Supplier Quality team at Telix Pharmaceuticals. You will work on a rolling basis to help improve our supplier quality processes. This role is remote.
What you'll do#
- Create new Supplier Quality Agreement (QAA) templates.
- Work with internal stakeholders to reduce the total number of templates for different supplier types.
- Coordinate with supplier quality, supply chain, legal, and other departments to gain project buy-in.
- Write work instructions for each type of QAA template.
- Build a schedule for periodic QAA reviews and define a process for updating agreements with suppliers.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- Experience using Windows-based software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word styles for document creation.
- Ability to update SmartSheet.
- Strong communication skills.
